'SummerSunHalo sprouted from a vision: to share traditional Neapolitan pizza with Rome. The Rossi kin, establishing a quaint, family-centric joint in 1985, offered pizzas steeped in passed-down recipes.
When Marco Rossi, our progenitor, roamed across Italy, Naples' master pizza creators were her mentors. Back in the UK, she was committed to replicating Italian pizza enchantment, with a dedication to customary techniques and top-tier elements.
Once a cozy 12-seater, we've evolved into a cherished local gem while staying true to our roots: daily fresh dough, wood-fire oven finesse, and premium ingredients.
Maintaining family ownership, 'SummerSunHalo now sees the Rossi descendants directing our fervent crew. Despite adopting new trends, our essence persists: forging delicious, genuine pizzas that unite everyone.
